This Privacy Policy explains how Strauss Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Ultimate Trading Academy ("Ultimate Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit ultimatetradingacademy.com, use our courses, coaching, communities, newsletters, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), or otherwise interact with us. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

For the purposes of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR, Strauss Holdings LLC is the data controller of your personal data. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), Strauss Holdings LLC is the business that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information.

When you create an account, purchase a course or coaching program, subscribe to a newsletter, join a community, complete a form, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, country, username, password, profile information, billing information, and any other information you choose to provide, including messages, questions, and content you post.

Payment information. When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processors collect and process your payment card details, billing address, and transaction data. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clickstream data, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, and date/time stamps.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from third parties such as social media platforms (if you interact with us through those platforms), analytics providers, advertising partners, affiliates, and identity verification services.

Content you generate. If you post in a community, comment section, forum, or chat, we collect the content you submit and metadata associated with it.
